Blue Fish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size fish fillets
juice of 1 lemon
1/2 stick butter, melted
Pepperidge Farm bread crumbs
1 Tbsp. parsley
garlic salt
pepper and paprika
Preparation

Place fillets skin down on lightly greased pan.
Brush 1/2 of melted butter and lemon juice on the fillets.
Sprinkle bread crumbs evenly on fillets.
Sprinkle seasonings on top of the fillets to suit your taste.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Then baste with remaining butter and lemon juice.
Bake until flaky and golden brown.
