Moroccan Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. cubed boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 c. defatted reduced sodium chicken broth
    1 (16 oz.) can reduced sodium tomatoes (with juice)
    1 (15 oz.) can chick peas, rinsed and drained
    1/2 c. raisins
    3 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
    1 tsp. ground cumin
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
    freshly ground black pepper
    salt (optional)
    3 c. hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Raisins and onions add a bit of sweetness to this mix of flavors and textures.
