Brisket - cooking recipe
Ingredients

brisket
celery salt
garlic salt
lemon pepper
onion salt
3 oz. liquid smoke
salt and pepper
1/2 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 small bottle barbecue sauce
Preparation
-
Sprinkle brisket with celery salt, garlic salt, lemon pepper and onion salt. Center in a heavy piece of oil.
Sprinkle with liquid smoke and fold sides of foil to form a pocket.
Refrigerate overnight.
