Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks oleo
    2 c. sweet potatoes, cooked, peeled and mashed
    1/4 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3/4 c. sugar (white)
    pinch of salt
    1/2 to 1 small can coconut
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Mix together and heat 1/2 stick oleo, potatoes, milk, eggs, vanilla, sugar (white) and salt.
    Pour into a greased 2-quart dish.
    Mix brown sugar, flour and pecans into 1 stick of melted oleo; pour over potato mixture.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
