German Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 potatoes
    2 hard-cooked eggs
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 Tbsp. pepper
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. water
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 onion, chopped
    6 slices bacon, crumbled
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Boil potatoes; dice into a large bowl. Add celery, sliced hard-boiled eggs and onion. Beat eggs; add sugar, spices, vinegar and water. Mix well. Pour mixture into hot bacon grease; stir and cook until mixture thickens. Pour over potatoes. Add bacon; stir.
