Geneva'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    2 heaping Tbsp. cornstarch
    4 egg yolks (stir in one at a time)
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. milk
    1 can coconut
    2 baked pie shells
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in a glass bowl.
    Put in microwave for 15 minutes.
    Remove.
    Stir.
    Remove every 2 minutes and stir until thick.
    Place in pie shell.
    Cover with prepared egg white icing. Sprinkle with coconut.
    Place in oven at 450\u00b0 until brown.
