Zucchini With Almonds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 c. sliced zucchini (1/4-inch thick; 8 oz.)
    2 Tbsp. toasted almonds
    2 tsp. butter
    1/2 tsp. dried crushed marjoram
    1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In 1 1/2-quart microwave dish, cook the onion, water and salt, covered, on 100% (High) power for 2 minutes.
    Stir in the zucchini. Cook, covered, on High for 3 to 5 minutes or until zucchini is crisp and tender, stirring once.
    Drain.
    Stir in almonds, butter, marjoram, lemon juice and pepper.
    Cook, covered, on High for 30 to 60 seconds more or until mixture is heated through.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
