Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

fresh zucchini, sliced
fresh onions, sliced
grated Cheddar cheese
fresh tomatoes, sliced
garlic salt
bacon, cooked and crumbled
Preparation

Layer in casserole the zucchini, tomatoes and onions.
Season each layer with garlic salt.
Makes at least 2 or 3 layers.
Top with cheese and bacon. Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 375\u00b0.
