Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. salad oil
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. zucchini (unpeeled), packed and coarsely grated
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Beat eggs.
    Add oil, sugar, vanilla, salt and zucchini.
    Add all dry ingredients; mix until dry ingredients are moistened. Pour into well-greased loaf pan that has been lined with wax paper.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for approximately 1 hour or until done.
