Corn Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 cups whole kernel corn
    1 cup chopped green pepper
    1 cup chopped sweet red pepper
    1 cup chopped onion
    1 cup chopped celery
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. turmeric
    2 1/2 cups white vinegar
    2 cups water
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients and boil for 15 minutes.
    Place in pint jars with lids and process in boiling water for 15 minutes. Makes 5 to 6 pints.
