Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick margarine, softened
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs, beaten
    3 or 4 bananas, mashed (overripe)
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. flour (plain)
    4 Tbsp. sour cream
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add eggs and bananas.
    Put soda in sour cream; add to mixture.
    Add flour and salt.
    Add vanilla and nuts; mix.
    Pour in loaf pan.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes. May be divided into smaller loaf pans.
    Freezes well.
