Banana Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/3 c. nonfat dry milk
    1 banana, mashed
    1 Tbsp. water
    1/2 tsp. butter pecan extract
    sweetener to equal 4 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Spread in a wax paper lined pan, about 1/4-inch thick.
    Freeze.
    Cut into squares.
    Equals 1 milk and once a week fruit.
