Ingredients

1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 (8 oz.) baking potatoes, scrubbed and unpeeled
1 egg white, beaten
vegetable cooking spray
Preparation

Cut each potato lengthwise into eight wedges, dip into egg white and dredge in Parmesan cheese.
Place fries on baking sheet coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
