Farmer'S Fare - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 slices bacon
3 large potatoes, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 onion, chopped
8 eggs, beaten
salt and pepper
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation

In a large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and drain on paper towels.
Crumble and set aside.
Brown potatoes and onion in bacon drippings.
Drain off excess fat.
Add beaten eggs, salt and pepper.
Cook slowly, stirring until eggs are almost done. Sprinkle cheese over top. Cover with lid and warm to melt cheese. Serve hot with toast and jelly.
Yields 6 servings.
