Taco Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tortilla chips
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 envelope taco seasoning
    lettuce
    tomatoes
    grated Cheddar cheese
    1 can kidney beans (optional)
    black olives, sliced
    avocado (optional)
    Catalina dressing
Preparation
    Brown ground beef and add envelope of taco seasoning.
    Cook according to package instructions.
    Drain on paper towels and refrigerate to get cold.
    Add all other ingredients, but don't add chips until just before serving as they will get soggy.
