Applesauce Raisin Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. shortening
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. applesauce
2 c. nutmeats
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. cloves
2 tsp. baking powder
2 c. raisins

Preparation

Cream shortening and sugar.
Add flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and cloves.
Mix well.
Add eggs, applesauce, nutmeats and raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
