Coconut Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (butter)
    1 pkg. frozen coconut
    1 regular box sour cream
    1 regular Cool Whip
    2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Bake cake according to directions. Let cool and split layers. Mix together sugar, 1/2 package frozen coconut and sour cream. Save out 1 cup of this mixture; set aside. Spread mixture between layers. Mix the 1 cup of mixture you saved with 1 regular size Cool Whip. Frost cake. Sprinkle remaining coconut on top of cake.
