Cordon Bleu Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 chicken breasts, halved
    8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
    4 thin slices ham
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    4 servings cooked rice
Preparation
    Fill halved breasts with slice of ham and slice of cheese. Roll chicken breasts up.
    Place in a 1-quart baking dish.
    Grate up remainder of cheese.
    Spread over breasts with the mushroom soup. Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour.
    Serve over rice. (Can be made ahead and frozen.)
