Swiss Plum Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    unbaked pie crust
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 Tbsp. Cream of Wheat
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Quarter the plums. Arrange on pie crust.
    Mix eggs, sour cream, sugar, Cream of Wheat and vanilla.
    Pour over plums.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 60 to 70 minutes or crust is brown and filling set.
