Beefaroni - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 small cans tomatoes
    1 medium onion, cut up
    2 celery stalks, cut up
    1 tsp. margarine
    1 or 2 cans kidney beans
    about 1 Tbsp. sugar
    season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic salt and chili powder
Preparation
    Saute onion and celery in margarine.
    Brown beef; add chili powder.
    Add tomatoes, sugar, garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste.
    Add beans and simmer.
    Cook 1 cup macaroni and add to sauce.
