Microwave Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. corn syrup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. nuts
    16 c. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt in bowl. Microwave on High for 2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Add nuts.
    Heat 3 minutes, stirring after each minute.
    Add soda and vanilla; stir. Put popped popcorn inside 2 brown paper bags.
    Pour mixture over corn.
    Close and shake.
    Heat 1 minute and shake.
    Heat 1 minute and shake.
    Heat 1 minute and shake.
    Heat 30 seconds and shake. Heat 30 seconds and shake.
    Cool and eat.
