Vegetable Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. corn
3 c. tomatoes, chopped
1/2 c. sweet green pepper
1 large can lima beans
1/2 c. peas
1 c. diced carrots
2/3 c. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 c. water
2 c. ground beef
2 large cans tomato juice
Preparation
-
Brown beef with onion; drain.
Place beef and onion in large pot.
Add all ingredients; mix thoroughly.
Cook for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
