Angel Food Strudel - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1/4 c. water
    1 c. butter
    3 egg yolks
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation
    Mix together by hand flour and butter.
    Add beaten yolks and water.
    Add vinegar last.
    Divide into 7 balls.
    Refrigerate at least 3 or 4 hours or overnight.
