Dilly Casserole Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. active dry yeast
1/4 c. lukewarm water
1 c. large curd cottage cheese
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. minced onion
1 Tbsp. margarine
2 tsp. dill weed
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. soda
1 egg
2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. flour
Preparation

Sprinkle yeast on warm water; stir to dissolve.
Heat cottage cheese in saucepan until lukewarm.
Combine cottage cheese, sugar, onion, butter, dill, salt, soda, egg and yeast in bowl.
Add flour, a little at a time, to make a stiff batter; beat well after each addition.
Cover and let rise in greased ovenproof bowl until doubled, 30 to 40 minutes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes. Makes one loaf.
