Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
1 pkg. vanilla pudding
1 tsp. salt
oil
Preparation

Mix flour, salt, vanilla pudding, baking powder and sugar together in a big bowl.
Slowly add milk while mixing with a mixer.
Separate egg whites and yolks.
Add yolks to batter and put whites in a second bowl.
Mix yolk batter well.
Beat egg whites until firm, then fold into batter with a wooden spoon.
