Chocolate Pies(Makes 2 Pies) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    3 c. milk
    pinch of salt
    3 Tbsp. plain flour or cornstarch
    3 Tbsp. cocoa or more (if you prefer)
    4 eggs, separated
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix well sugar, flour, salt and cocoa.
    Beat
    egg yolks well and add to milk.
    Stir into sugar mixture,
    a little at a time. Cook over medium heat until
    thick, stirring constantly. Add vanilla and margarine.
    Bake pie shell
    until almost done, add filling
    and
    return to oven and bake
    until
    crusts
    are brown. Beat egg yolks until stiff.
    Add 2 teaspoons sugar and beat again. Spread on pie and brown.
