Scott'S Oatmeal Delight Cookie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    3 c. Quaker oats, uncooked
    3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
    1 egg
    1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    In each individual foil, place 2 to 3 doves. Slice 2 potatoes. Place potatoes first, then doves, breast side down.
    Next slice 3 pads of butter, then salt and pepper.
    Close foil tightly. Wrap a second time.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes until doves and potatoes stick easy. Serve with cooked carrots and cole slaw.
