Buttermilk Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cut-up frying chicken (enough for 6 to 8 people)
    2 c. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    3/4 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Soak chicken in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
    Dip chicken in flour mixture and fry.
