Open Crab Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 small jar Old English cheese spread
    1 1/2 tsp. mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. garlic (optional)
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 (7 oz.) can crabmeat
    6 English muffins, split
Preparation
    Let the butter and cheese soften to room temperature.
    Mix together with mayonnaise, garlic, seasoned salt and crabmeat. Spread on buns.
    Freeze after wrapping in Saran Wrap separately, then place in tight container.
    When ready to use, remove from freezer and let set about 10 minutes.
    Then place under broiler 3 or 4 minutes or until bubbly.
