Tofu Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 block soft tofu
    1 (3 oz.) small box jello (any flavor)
    1/2 c. hot water
    1 Keebler graham pie crust
    1 (8 oz.) carton Cool Whip
Preparation
    Drain tofu and squeeze out water.
    Dissolve jello in hot water.
    Blend dissolved jello and tofu in blender.
    Pour into pie crust.
    Refrigerate until firm.
    Top with Cool Whip.
    Serves 8.
