Nabisco Strawberry Delight - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 lb. vanilla wafers
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. soft butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 qt. berries (quartered, if frozen, drain)
1 c. whipping cream

Preparation

Roll out wafers and line buttered 8-inch square pan with 1/2 of the crumbs.
Cream together sugar and butter.
Add eggs and beat mixture until fluffy.
Spread mixture over crumbs.
Add layer of berries.
Spread whipping cream over berries and top with remaining crumbs.
Chill thoroughly.
