Working Mom'S Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cut up chicken
    1/4 c. chopped mushrooms
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/3 c. skim milk
    1 c. Egg Beaters
    3/4 c. Master Mix (Bisquick equivalent)*
    1 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots, thawed and drained or your favorite vegetables
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0 and spray a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with Pam.
    Place chicken, veggies, mushrooms and onion in dish.
    In blender, mix remaining ingredients and pour over the chicken and vegetables.
    Bake until knife in the center comes out clean, about 30 to 35 minutes.
