Cheese Rounds - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter or margarine
    2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    Tabasco or red pepper to taste
    pecan halves
Preparation
    Blend ingredients.
    Divide into 2 balls.
    Roll each ball into a long roll about 1-inch thick.
    Wrap in wax paper and chill. Slice very thin.
    Put pecan half on top, and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Makes about 100 rounds.
