Cooking Of Rhubarb - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb, diced in 1/4 inch lengths
2 c. sugar
Preparation

Rhubarb should not be boiled!
Dice in 1/4 inch lengths.
Add 1 cup sugar for tart taste or 2 cups for sweet taste.
Let stand overnight.
Bring to boil, remove from heat and cover.
When cool, drain off excess juice.
(This juice may be mixed with equal parts of orange juice, delicious!)
