Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce
1 apple, cored and diced
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. sliced celery
12 walnut halves
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. seedless green grapes, halved
3 kiwi fruit, peeled and divided
1/2 c. whipping cream or low-fat yogurt
1/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
ground nutmeg
Preparation
-
Core, rinse and drain lettuce.
In a bowl toss apple with lemon juice.
Stir in celery, nuts, raisins, grapes and kiwi fruit.
