Breakfast Or Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground sausage
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    6 to 12 eggs
    Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown the sausage and drain. Place in casserole dish and spread sour cream on top.
    Prepare eggs as if to scramble.
    Pour on top of sour cream. Top entire casserole with shredded cheese. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until eggs are cooked.
