Venison - cooking recipe

Ingredients

hind quarter
1 cherry Coke (3 liter)
3 to 5 lb. onions (Vidalia)
1/2 lb. bacon
3 to 4 banana peppers (hot), chopped
3 tsp. salt
1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 c. mushrooms
1 (No. 303) can tomatoes
3 lb. potatoes

Preparation

Marinate meat 12 hours in Coke, pour off.
Place bacon in roaster.
Add meat, onions and other ingredients.
Cook 2 to 3 hours in 350\u00b0 oven.
