Bigos (Hunter'S Stew) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mushrooms
    1/2 lb. kielbasi
    1 can sauerkraut
    1/4 lb. salt pork, diced
    1/2 c. chopped onions
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 c. cubed, cooked beef
    1 bay leaf
    1 1/2 c. cooked, cubed ham
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. red wine
Preparation
    In Dutch oven, cook salt pork.
    Remove cracklings and set aside.
    Add kielbasi; brown and set aside.
