Cubed Steak Deluxe - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    cubed steaks
    flour, seasoned with salt and pepper
    1 to 2 Tbsp. flour
    1 Tbsp. bouillon
    1 c. water
    milk (enough to make a thin gravy)
    1/4 c. cooking sherry
    onion slices
    green pepper
    mushrooms
Preparation
    Coat steaks with flour, seasoned with salt and pepper.
    Brown in oil, then remove from pan.
    Mix 1 to 2 tablespoons of flour with drippings.
    Dissolve bouillon in cup of water and add to flour mixture in pan.
    Add enough milk to make a thin gravy.
    Add cooking sherry and stir well.
    Return steak to gravy.
    Top with slices of onion, green pepper and mushrooms.
    Cover tightly and simmer approximately 1 hour.
