Cheese Ball Or Log - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. chili powder
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Take cheese out of fridge; let stand to room temperature. Shape into log or ball as desired.
    Mix together nuts, chili powder and garlic salt.
    Sprinkle all of this on sheet of foil. Roll cheese (ball or log) in this back and forth until completely covered.
    Place on plate; cover with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate.
    Slice when ready to serve.
    Good with Hi Ho crackers or for less calories, use wheat crackers.
