1 1/4 c. margarine/butter
5 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. lemon extract
3 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. evaporated milk
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix top 5 ingredients at high speed.
Mix in remaining ingredients on low speed.
Cook 70 to 80 minutes.
