Gazpacho Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 Tbsp. vinegar (apple cider or white)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    3 Roma tomatoes, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can black olives with liquid, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can green chilies with liquid, chopped
    2 avocados, chopped
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Refrigerate
    8 hours before serving.
    Serve with tortilla chips, corn chips or crackers.
