Chili Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 can original tomato sauce
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. paprika
    hot sauce to taste
    salt to taste
Preparation
    Saute onion in vegetable oil until tender. Add tomato sauce, 1 can water and ground beef all at once. Cook slowly until beef crumbles. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.
    Turn heat down and let sauce simmer for 1 hour. Add more water to make sauce thinner, if you like.
    Delicious used with hot dogs and hamburgers.
