Giblet Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked giblets
3/4 large onion
4 hard-boiled eggs
1 3/4 c. salad dressing
1 c. chicken broth
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1 handful celery leaves
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 stalks celery
1 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation

Grind together giblets, celery, onion, celery leaves and parsley.
Mash eggs until fine.
