Italian Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 onion, chopped
    5 cloves garlic, chopped
    3/4 c. olive oil (extra virgin)
    2 cans sliced potatoes, drained
    2 cans quartered artichokes, drained
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    1 c. Italian bread crumbs
Preparation
    Saute onion and garlic in olive oil until clear, but not brown. Add remaining ingredients.
    Stir until heated through. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Serve hot or cold.
