Blueberry Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. or 1 stick butter and 1 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 lb. can (5 oz.) blueberry pie filling
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except pie filling.
Batter will be stiff.
Spread 1/2 of batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan, then spread pie filling on top of that.
Spread remainder of batter.
Drop by spoonfuls.
When finished baking, sprinkle with powdered sugar. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
May also top with whipped cream, if desired.
