Mexican Cheese Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 c. low-fat cottage cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp. canned, chopped green chilies
1 tsp. chili powder
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl.
Cover and refrigerate 1 hour.
Stir again prior to serving.
Serve chilled with tortilla chips or vegetables.
