Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. blueberries, rolled in flour
Preparation
    Beat egg and milk; stir in oil.
    Sift and add baking powder, salt and flour.
    Stir just until moistened.
    Gently fold in blueberries.
    Cook in muffin
    pans for 20 to 25 minutes at 400\u00b0 (preheated).
