Beef In Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground meat
    2 tsp. salt
    4 tsp. sugar
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 cloves garlic or 1 tsp. garlic salt
    dash of pepper
    1 small onion, diced
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Cook beef and drain fat.
    Saute onion.
    Add salt, sugar, tomato sauce, tomatoes, garlic and pepper.
    Simmer meat sauce 5 to 10 minutes.
    Add sour cream and cream cheese to cooked macaroni. Alternate layers of meat sauce, macaroni mixture and grated cheese in greased 13 x 9-inch dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
