Zucchini-Egg Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 small zucchini, sliced
    1 onion, diced
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    8 oz. shredded Mozzarella
Preparation
    Saute onion and zucchini.
    Place in bottom of 9-inch casserole.
    In separate bowl, mix together egg and grated Parmesan cheese.
    Pour on top of zucchini.
    Add tomato sauce.
    Top with shredded Mozzarella.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 25 minutes.
